Welcome to Frank's Workshop! This site is dedicated to Frank Wagner and his efforts to preserve our musical heritage. Old Time fiddle music and Bluegrass are a deep part of our history as a country, and it's roots can be traced back beyond our beginnings to the immigrants that came here to start a new life and  brought their music with them.

Frank's Workshop is a free musical opportunity geared towards auditory learning, which is traditional in this style of music. The workshop is open to children and adults of all ages, and all levels of playing - from beginner to advanced. Frank's Workshop is a great place to get started, and a wonderful opportunity to learn through helping others. Don't be shy, and don't worry about your level of playing. We're all here to learn and have fun!

  • Welcome Back Everyone!

The fall season is well upon us. Summer has come to an end, and school has started. This means it's time for Frank's Workshop to begin as well this season! This year, the program will be run by Seth Stewart - and we are very excited that he has agreed to continue to help keep Frank's Workshop running in order to continue to expose anyone interested to traditional old time and bluegrass fiddle music.

This year, the Workshop will be every Tuesday starting November 6th at 7pm. We will be meeting at the same location as last year: North Pines Junior High School in Spokane Valley. Class cancellations for holidays will be posted on the site in advance. Look forward to seeing you there!
